I bring my CPA background (financial modelling), and experience running NDIS businesses, to support you to build a financially successful NDIS service organisation.

There is a sea of 'vanilla' NDIS providers out there, offering just about everything to everybody. Successful organisations tend to focus on their unique strengths and immediate opportunities. I can facilitate a market scan for your organisation, identifying the specific strengths and opportunities that will deliver impact.

Many of my clients need only bounce a few ideas around and have very specific questions, and spend a very small amount for my advice. I charge $225/hr plus GST. For small start-ups, I can support you to prepare a comprehensive business plan and 3 year budget, for just 6 hours of consulting time.

Having been through a very comprehensive sale of a private NDIS provider to a super fund, I can assist you with advice on how to commercialise great ideas and build a valuable business.
